Valarie Rae Miller is getting quite a bit of attention, because she was cast as feature television's first 'lesbian of color'.
Best known for her work as Meme on 'Disney's One Saturday Morning', Valarie also appeared in 'Hollywood Confidential'
starring Edward James Olmos released in 1997 and 'The Disappearance of Kevin Johnson' released in 1996. |

Miller grew up in Fort Worth, TX and got her first big break when she
appeared in a commercial for Radio Shack while still in high school. During a
summer break, Miller visited Los Angeles, where she tried her hand at stand-up
comedy. She received such a positive response, she moved there. Despite the
numerous offers she received to go on tour with her stand-up comedy routine,
Miller decided to pursue a career in hosting and acting in Los Angeles, where
she currently resides.
